$134.00 Per person (Includes PK Registration, Transportation, Motel Room (Double occupancy) and lunch on Saturday).

Arrangements provided by Virginia Men of Vision via 56 passenger Bus via Victory Travel.
Space on the bus is reserved with your confirmed registration, based on a first come, first serve basis.
Since cost of transportation has almost doubled from previous trips (Fuel & distance),
We are asking for a “voluntary” donation to help defray the transportation expense.
The amount of your donation is up to you. Your gift is appreciated and is tax deductible. |
| Meals |
All meals are paid by attendees with exception of Box Lunch on Saturday. |
| Motel |
Holiday Inn Express (click name to get driving instructions)

We have reserved 29 "Double Occupancy" rooms. Please "do not" contact the motel to make reservations direct. The Virginia Men of Vision will submit a roster to motel and they will provide room assignments based on our instructions. |

- Since we are limited to one bus this year, we will not be able to support more than eight men per church.
- Please call (804-840-0917) or email Jim Salley (salley13019@comcast.net) and advise him who will room with you on this trip.
- The registration fee will be forfeited if cancellation is requested after September 1, 2008.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations prior to September 1, 2008.
