The 2007 Virginia Men of Vision fund raising campaign is on the move and we need your assistance in working two Merchandise booths at the Richmond International Raceway. We will inventory merchandise, set up booth displays, and sell Richmond International Raceway merchandise during the up-coming NASCAR event in Richmond. Funds received from this project will be used to enhance men’s ministry in Central Virginia.

 

Our Event Schedule:

 

  • Monday (4/30/07) 4:00pm Inventory Booth #01
  •         5:00pm Inventory Booth #11

    •          6:00pm Start setting up booth displays

     

    • Tuesday through Thursday 10:00am through 7:00pm   Set up booth displays
    • (5/1/07 – 5/3/07)
    • Friday (9am to 11pm)            Sell RIR Merchandise
    • Saturday (8am to Midnight)  Sell RIR Merchandise & prepare for close-out inventory
    • Sunday (5/6/07) 10:30am Close-out inventory (Booth #01)
  •         11:30am Close-out inventory (Booth #11)

    Our President, Steve Whitlock will be coordinating the event work schedule. If you can assist with any or all of these dates, please call Steve Whitlock at 804-920-3694. Steve will need your name, birth date and social security number to secure a gate workers pass for the event.
